Chapter Report Form

Use this form to report the activities of your chapter for publication in the The Texas Philatelist, the official journal of the Texas Philatelic Association. Since the Philatelist is published bi-monthly basis, chapters that meet only once a month are welcome to report two months worth of activities on one form. Chapters that meet multiple times during a month are asked, but not required, to report on a monthly basis. Chapters that meet weekly must report on a monthly basis as this form will accommodate only five meeting reports. In reporting, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Fields with headers in red must be completed.
  2. Complete "Meeting Location" only if meetings are held at more than one location during a month.
  3. "Other activities" include auctions, show-and-tell, trading, and so forth held in addition to the primary program.
  4. If you organization has an election, please use the Club and Society Registration Form to report that information.
  5. List newsletter highlights for up to two editions.
