Events of interest to collectors in Texas may be listed on this website and in The Texas Philatelist, the official journal of the Texas Philatelic Association. Listings are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Event occurs in state of Texas, or if held out-of-state, is sponsored by a TPA chapter, TPA affiliate or the American Philatelic Society.
  2. Event is philatelically related, i.e. stamp show, stamp bourse, hobby show that includes at least one stamp dealer or comprehensive exhibit, U.S. stamp first day of issue ceremony, philatelic seminar, etc.
  3. Event is NOT an activity at a regular philatelic club meeting.
  4. Mandatory information, as requested below with headings in red, is provided.

Event organizers are encouraged to avoid conflicts with other philatelic events by checking the Events calendar on this website and the "Calendar of Events" in The Texas Philatelist.
