The Doubletree Hotel Dallas Near the Galleria (formerly the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel) is located in the prestigious and convenient North Dallas corridor with its upscale businesses, shopping and entertainment district. The hotel set a name brand change in March, 2004 but all TEXPEX activities are the same. The hotel, at the northwest corner of LBJ Freeway (635) and Midway Rd., is 20 minutes from DFW International Airport or Love Field airport. Transfers to and from DFW International may be arranged through Discount Shuttle Service at a current rate of $18 each way or by individual taxi. The hotel provides local transportation within a five-mile radius.
