The Dallas-Park Cities Philatelic Society meets at 7:30 p.m.
on the second and fourth Wednesdays at the Edgemere Retirement Center, 8523
Thackery St., Dallas, Texas 75225. Meetings include progams, sales circuits
and aucitons. The society is Texas Philatelic Association Chapter 40. Founded
as the Park Cities Philatelic Society in 1961, the club merged with the
Dallas Philatelic Society in 2001. The 2008 officers are Rod Gabel, president;
Harry Pedersen, vice president; Deborah Kempston, secretary; Jack Urish,
treasurer; Dr. Harold Boehning, director; Dr. Frank Sloan, director; and
